The room was clean and absolutely brilliant with central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV.
Simply no complaints, very enjoyable stay. Charming, fairly clean hotel, every detail here was perfect. Top location for our needs, close enough to the city center and all well known cycling routes and town centre. Also, in the mountains. Lovely building and rooms with fantastic view. Really helpful staff of the property.

the value for money was outstanding. At just 120 EUR for a double room in the high season, I couldn't believe how affordable it was. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. One detail that stood out to me was their willingness to bring me a cup of coffee or water whenever I needed it. Lastly, the rooms on the 4th floor were fantastic, with a comfortable double bed and a spacious balcony offering breathtaking views of the city and mountains. I could have spent all day just sitting there, soaking in the beauty. The hotel's attention to detail and the basic amenities provided made for a truly memorable experience.
There was just one small inconvenience during my stay, but it was not a big deal. There could have been more electrical outlets in the room, as we had to plug our devices in some strange spots.

Great location near fun outdoor activities. The breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. The bar on the ground floor was a convenient spot for a drink.
I had to take a longer route. How dare they inconvenience me!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre. It offers easy access to public transportation and local attractions. the rooms are tidy, and the bathrooms are relatively well-maintained. the hotel's comfortable beds and good breakfast served are some of the room advantages.
Sadly, the hotel lacks modern amenities, such as power sockets in the rooms.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking and we enjoyed being able to take in the scenery while relaxing in the lobby area. The city itself had a lot of history and culture to offer, with several museums and historical landmarks nearby. the hotel was conveniently located near a variety of local restaurants, making it easy to try out different cuisines during our stay.
The hotel room was quite cramped, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. The shower was also quite small and difficult to maneuver in, which made our daily routine more of a hassle than it needed to be.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The evening dinners were absolutely delicious and such great value for money. I also loved the cozy bar where I could enjoy a coffee or aperitif. The location of the hotel was perfect. It was just a short walk to Bormio Therme and the city center, and the free ski bus stopped right in front of the hotel, making it convenient to get to the ski center. My room on the 4th floor had a fantastic view and was well-equipped with all the basic amenities. And to top it all off, the breakfast spread in the morning was fantastic.
I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel. Everything was perfect!

Had a decent Xmas stay at a recently renovated boutique hotel in an Italian mountain town. the staff was accommodating and friendly and the location was a plus. the room was recently remodeled with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere. the hotel included a lovely breakfast and dinner options.
The amenities left something to be desired. the outlets were absolutely scarce, which made charging up devices a struggle.
